Jelly Rush

Last updated: 28 October 2026

In short

Jelly Rush needs no account and sends no data to its publisher. Ads are provided by a third-party service, described below.

  • No tracking across apps without your permission, no sale of data by the publisher.
  • The publisher receives none of your data.
  • No account is required.

Data controller

Younes Khelifi, Roubaix (France), publishes Jelly Rush (iPhone and iPad) and is responsible for this policy.

Data processed

Progress and settings

  • Purpose: saving your game (records, Dew, upgrades, Rebirth, your Jelly Pass) and your settings (sound, music, vibrations, auto-buy)
  • Legal basis: providing the service you ask for (GDPR, art. 6.1.b)
  • Storage: on your device only
  • Retention: until you delete the game

Advertising data (Google AdMob)

  • Purpose: showing the rewarded ads you ask for, measuring them and preventing fraud; the advertising identifier (IDFA) is only used if you allow tracking
  • Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (GDPR, art. 6.1.a)
  • Storage: with the third-party service listed below, under its own policy
  • Retention: according to Google's privacy policy

Third-party services

  • Google AdMob and its advertising partners: serve the rewarded ads; they may receive your IP address, device and app information, ad interactions and, only if you allow tracking, the advertising identifier (IDFA) (United States) · Privacy policy

Some of these services process data outside the European Union. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (an adequacy decision, including the Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

Analytics and crashes

The game contains no analytics tool and sends no data to the developer; Unity's analytics and crash reporting services are turned off. If you chose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may send the publisher anonymous crash reports, under its own policy.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by the App Store. The publisher receives neither your payment details nor your identity, only the confirmation of the purchase.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app erases the data it stored on your device.

Security

The game only exchanges data with Google AdMob, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), when it shows an ad.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect data about children under 15. If you believe a child has sent us some, write to us and it will be deleted.

Your rights

Since the publisher holds no data about you, there is nothing to send you or erase. You can still write with any question.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Details

Ads are rewarded only, and only when you ask for one: “Keep going” after a lost fight brings your crowd back. No ad ever starts on its own, and none plays between runs.

Tracking is your choice. iOS asks whether the game may track you (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, Google AdMob does not use your advertising identifier (IDFA). You can change this at any time in the iPhone Settings, under Privacy & Security › Tracking.

In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google’s consent form appears before any ad, so you can accept or refuse personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time in the game, under Settings › Privacy choices.

To learn how Google uses data from apps that show its ads, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Requests about advertising data held by Google are to be sent to Google.

The Jelly Pass is an in-app purchase processed by Apple: “Keep going” without an ad, and double Dew on every run. You can restore it in the game’s settings.

If the game changes in a way that affects your data, this policy will be updated before that version is released.

Changes

This policy may change with the app. The update date is shown at the top of the page; for any significant change, the app will let you know.
