The project

Conibi collects used cartridges and toners from business customers, including large accounts with several entities. Pickup requests and documents went through email and phone calls.

What I did

  • Scoping, as Product Owner: a requirements document in 9 themes and 37 user stories, validated in meetings with the client.
  • The brand’s design system, published online for the team and the client.
  • The portal: multi-step account opening, contacts and sites, pickup requests with tracking and history.
  • Mondial Relay shipping labels generated directly, with pickup point search and a guard against double-billed shipments.
  • Downloadable contracts, invoices and documents, and a sync API with Conibi’s CRM.

Status

Delivered and self-hosted, with automated regression tests. A project run for a client of the Digicomarket agency.

  • My documents page, Traceability tab: an explanation of the two forms generated for each collection, then the list of documents per collection with a download button, next to the Contracts, Reporting and Environmental certificate tabs.
