The project

Digicomarket, the agency I co-run, needed one tool to follow its clients, sales, projects and invoicing. I designed and built this agency CRM and ERP, with one portal for clients and another for partners.

What I did

  • The full CRM: opportunities, sales proposals exported as PDF and accepted online, referrals, audit and requirements questionnaires.
  • Project management: tasks and subtasks, tickets, calendar, real-time chat, internal news and training.
  • Integrations: Sellsy for invoicing, transactional email, push notifications, SFTP access to client websites.
  • An OAuth 2.1 MCP server: an AI assistant acts in the CRM with exactly the permissions of the signed-in person.

Status

Live since early 2026, with more than 450 commits. It was also rolled out for a second agency, Crapules.

Screenshots

  • Agency CRM dashboard: counters for active, paused and completed projects, list of ongoing projects with progress bars, personal tasks and assigned tickets.
  • Quotes list with KPIs (total, pending, accepted, total and won value), filters and a table by client, number, status, validity and amount.
  • CRM client record: client portal access, tabs (portfolio, credentials, projects, quotes, tickets, local SEO), financial summary, contact details and recent transactions.
