The project

ElytFitness sells solo, duo and group coaching sessions. Customers bought packs, then booked by message.

What I did

  • Scoping: requirements and user stories.
  • Credits granted automatically when a pack is bought, with a validity period and daily expiry.
  • A calendar in the customer account to book and cancel, with credits refunded within an adjustable delay.
  • Admin for slots, opening hours and services, and an offer catalog in React.

Status

Delivered.

Screenshots

  • Customer "My bookings" area: session type selector, shower option and a weekly calendar showing free slots and sessions already booked.
  • Booking module admin page: table of recent bookings (customer, service, date, participants, status) and list of offered services.
  • Slot settings: minimum lead time before booking, email sender and opening-hours grid per day with a "closed" checkbox.
