Prosanit, a field service CRM on WordPress

Takeover, evolution and maintenance

Customer portal, service reports and device tracking.

Prosanit manages its customers, jobs and reports in a set of nine WordPress plugins. I took over this base to make it reliable and keep it evolving.

What I did

  • The multi-company customer portal, with invitations and per-user module exclusions.
  • The calendar and service reports, with the technician’s signature.
  • A task kanban with photos and attachments, document management and automatic backup import.
  • Tracking of the traps and monitoring devices installed at customers’ sites.
  • An activity log, tests and per-plugin deployment.

Status

Live, with regular maintenance.

  • Client area home page: header visual, platform introduction, shortcuts to reports, tasks, documents and calendar, and a floating navigation dock at the bottom.
  • Monthly calendar of the interventions visible to a client, each visit showing the site address, the company and the assigned technician.
  • Intervention reports table: date, technician, client, address, report subject and actions (view, download PDF, email, edit, delete).
  • Kanban board of corrective tasks in three columns (to do, in progress, done), with a priority legend, search, filters and per-column export.
