The project

The El Mektoub association follows its members, their dues and their files. Everything relied on spreadsheets and manual emails.

What I did

  • Member, delegate and manager management, with cards and PDF sheets.
  • Dues reconciliation, case files and supporting documents.
  • A statistics dashboard and Excel and PDF exports.
  • An email campaign tool: recipient import, batch sending with daily caps, real-time tracking, on a dedicated mail server.

Status

Live since 2024, with more than 180 commits and improvements in 2026.

Screenshots

  • Home screen of the association management tool: counters for total, up-to-date, late and struck-off members, filters by delegate and status, then the member table with delegate, fee and status badge.
  • Detailed member record in a modal: household personal details, contact details, administrative information with the assigned delegate, list of children and a PDF export button.
  • Accounting page listing collected membership fees with filters by day, month, year and collector, an Excel export, and a three-year payment history shown as badges for each member.
