How I work
I start from the work itself: how the team operates today, which spreadsheets and software it relies on, and where it loses time.
I design and build the tool end to end, from the interface to the database, and ship it to production on Vercel or on the client’s own server.
When existing software stays the source of truth (Sellsy, WordPress), I connect to it instead of replacing it.
I also publish my own tools as open source: lightweight macOS apps that run locally, with no account.
